While a netizen expressed his thoughts on the ongoing saga between the singer and the government, claiming that Portable is only basking in the abundance of wishful thinking if it ever crossed his mind that he could escape the watchful eyes of the government, which had earlier declared him wanted, another mentioned that prosecution and jail terms are the deserving sanctions for the singer’s unruly acts.
Portable, who had earlier unleashed every weapon in his armory to come off as repentant and pathetic by citing that he was undergoing psychiatric treatment, had dramatically backpedaled and relapsed into throwing tantrums at the government. In a post, the singer declared that there would be trouble if anything happened to him.
“I didnโt kill anybody. If anything happens to me, there will be trouble. They should post the evidence of where I fought them at my bar. They are evil people, and they are lying against me. Just kill me and let everywhere scatter.โ
A netizen in a Facebook post declared that the most suitable sanction for Portable’s excesses towards the government is a jail term, citing that it would serve as a deterrent to others in the future.
Portable has been on the run since the Ogun State government declared him wanted.
