Port Harcourt, Nigeria – The Sole Administrator of Rivers State, Vice Admiral Ibok-Ete Ibas, has officially sworn in Prof Ibibia Worika as the new Secretary to the State Government (SSG), marking a significant step in the administration’s governance structure.
