Dimitri Payet, former France international player, has finally spoken on the alleged claims of physical abuse and the act of recording sexual acts instituted by his ex-girlfriend, Larissa Ferrari.
Ferrari had leveled a grave allegation against Payet, the former West Ham midfielder, during an exclusive interview with UK outlet SunSport, noting that he had subjected her to physical, moral, psychological, and sexual violence while they were dating.
To further compound the allegations, the 28-year-old Ferrari also alleged that Payet occasionally coerced her into recording degrading videos of their sexual acts together.
Additionally, she mentioned that the onset of their conversation was initiated when Payet reached out to her via her Instagram account with a fake profile.
Ferrari, a Brazilian lawyer, accused Payet of compelling her to participate in a sham wedding with the compulsive wearing of ring to prove her love and commitment to their fallacious union.
Ferrari who noted that she has Borderline Personality Disorder also revealed her bruises to the press expressing thus:
“I was scared for my life, and Iโm still scared.”
Reacting to the grave allegations leveled against him by Ferrari, Payet noted that there was no form of violence, either “physical or psychological,” in his statement to the Brazilian police.
The footballer confessed to having a seven-month consensual affair with Larissa Ferrari, noting that he felt lonely even while playing for Vasco da Gama in Rio de Janeiro.
Payet also debunked allegations suggesting that he exploited Ferrari due to her health disorder.
Payet shockingly revealed that the abuse Ferrari alleged was all initiated by her as part of a sadomasochistic sexual style, an act that resulted in bodily marks on her body, which she showed to the police to indict him.
Payet allegedly claimed that Ferrari requested several times to be slapped in the heat of intercourse, while both consensually opted for wooden chairs during intimate activities.
