A deeply sorrowful and disturbing incident has rocked the community of Umana Ndi-Agu in Enugu State, as students of Community Secondary School (C.S.S) Umana Ndi-Agu gathered to mourn and express their outrage over the brutal murder of one of their classmates.
The deceased student, whose identity remains withheld for privacy reasons, was reportedly abducted last week while returning home after his examinations.
Days later, his lifeless body was discovered in a pit within the compound of a Dibia Obieze known in the area as “E Dey Play, E Dey Show.”
Following the discovery, the school community has been engulfed in grief and anger. In a powerful and emotional display, the late studentโs peers visited the now-abandoned residence of the ritualist to lay curses and express their pain over the tragic loss of their friend and classmate.
The atmosphere was charged with sorrow and fury as the students called for justice and condemned the evil act that claimed one of their own.
This heartbreaking event has not only left the school in mourning but has also sparked fear and outrage throughout the community, with many calling on authorities to thoroughly investigate and ensure those responsible are brought to justice.
