A friend of the late singer Ilerioluwa Aloba, alias Mohbad, has issued a 50 million naira lawsuit against the late singer’s mum, Abosede Aloba.
The lawsuit, which was shared on Prime Boy’s Instagram page, contained information accusing the deceased’s mother of having uttered statements that are libelous and injurious to his character and persona.
Prime Boy claimed that the singer’s mother, Abosede Aloba, granted an interview on the 28th of March 2024, where most of the things she said about his personality and friendship with the late singer were geared towards tarnishing his image before rational Nigerians. According to him, the malicious evidence and testimony of the late singer’s mum are irredeemable, as the said interview video was published on different platforms.
Recently, the singer’s widow, Wunmi, granted her first-ever interview since Mohbad bade farewell to the world of mortals with Chude Jideonwo, where she opened up about several cans of worms and the series of ugly incidents she had been subjected to ever since the singer passed on.
Shocking to discover were the alleged words of Wunmi, who said that the late singer’s father, who was initially in support of the marriage, was one of those who doubted the paternity of Liam, Mohbad’s son.
Among her shocking revelations were alleged claims that the singer’s father said that the late Mohbad wanted to drown their child, Liam, in the Third Mainland Bridge.
