Consequently, Portable has pleaded not guilty to the five-count charge he and nine others were arraigned for, and his counsel, Oluwatoyin Ayodelu, has at the same time urged the court to grant him bail.
Habeeb Okikiola Olalomi has been arraigned before the Isabo Magistrate Court in Abeokuta on a five-count charge.
The charges listed include: Conspiracy, Assault, and Restriction, armed with cutlasses and guns, and Conduct likely to cause harm.
His aides who assisted him in carrying out the act of thuggery were also arraigned before Magistrate O.L. Oke on the same charges. They are:

Habeeb Okikiola Olalomi and his team of nine hoodlums were arraigned on a five-count charge bordering on felony, assault, and restriction, armed with cutlasses and guns, conduct likely to cause a breach of peace, intending to kill.
The suspects were allegedly said to have assaulted, restricted, and obstructed one Abidemi Onabanjo, Ramon Lateef, and Akinpelumi Oyero, who are town planners and were dutifully carrying out their mission at Portable’s Odogwu bar.
After pleading not guilty to the charges, his counsel, Oluwatoyin Ayodele, urged the court to grant him bail.
Ayodele assured the court that the suspect โis now remorseful and has learned his lesson.โ
The sitting judge, Magistrate O. L. Oke, granted him bail to the tune of โฆ2m with one surety in the like sum.
The case has, however, been adjourned to the 5th of March for trial.
