The Chairman of the Delta State Traditional Rulers Council, His Royal Majesty, the Orodje of Okpe Kingdom, has made a bold declaration ahead of the 2027 general elections.
According to the revered monarch, residents of Delta State will turn out in large numbers to vote for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu when the time comes.
Speaking at a high-profile gathering of traditional rulers and political stakeholders, the Orodje expressed confidence in Tinubu’s leadership, citing ongoing projects and federal support for Delta State as key reasons for his endorsement.
*”Come 2027, there will be no contest in Delta State. Our people will troop out en masse to re-elect President Bola Tinubu. His administration has shown commitment to development, and we must stand by him,”* the monarch declared.
