Director Civil Liberty Organisation Daniel Steve Aluko in a press statement made available to Daily Independent in Jos on Tuesday said It is on record that like the declaration of state emergency in
Plateau under Governor Dariye and Obasanjo’s Presidency is not the same as the one under Tinubu’s Presidency, saying what has happened is inconsistent with the letter, intents, and spirit of the Nigerian constitution.
