The Lagos State Labour Party Gubernatorial Candidate, Gbadebo Rhodes Vivour, is warming up for the reception of a traditional title in the state.
Gbadebo earlier took to the media to announce to all and sundry that his coronation as the next Obalefun of Ijo Olorisa Agbaye is just around the corner.
The traditional title of Obalefun of Ijo Olorisa Agbaye represents the overseer of the global assemblage of traditional worshippers, and as such, upon coronation, Gbadebo will be mandated to oversee their affairs.
Gbadebo detailed his meeting with the Labour Party chieftain and the chiefs from the Oba Akran’s palace ahead of the coronation in a short video that has since garnered the attention of netizens.
Netizens, who seemed to be elated by the newest achievement of the Labour Party gubernatorial election frontman, were quick to send in their “Kabiyesi” greetings ahead of his coronation.
One cannot tell if the soon-to-be king will be able to juxtapose the responsibilities that come with such a powerful title with his political career.
