The Independent National Electoral Commission has released the final list of presidential candidates and their running mates for the 2027 general election.
The list, signed by the Secretary to the Commission, Rose Oriaran-Anthony, was released in Abuja on Saturday and contains candidates sponsored by 18 political parties.
Among those listed are incumbent President Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress, former Vice President Atiku Abubakar of the African Democratic Congress, former Anambra State Governor Peter Obi of the National Democratic Congress, and Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde of the Allied Peoples Movement.
Other prominent candidates include former Cross River State Governor Donald Duke of the Peoples Redemption Party, Omoyele Sowore of the African Action Congress, Adewole Adebayo of the Social Democratic Party and Sunday Chibuzo Okereke of the Labour Party.

The commission also released the final list of candidates for the Senate and House of Representatives elections.
The publication provides voters with the names of candidates and their running mates ahead of the 2027 presidential election.
