In a disturbing viral video, the daughter of Akwa Ibom State Governor, Pastor Umo Eno, has alleged that her father played a role in the death of his late wife, Patience Oluwakemi Umo Eno, who passed away in September 2024 after battling an unidentified illness.
Jane Edidiong Ufot, the governor’s second daughter who had aired the disturbing video and Senior Special Adviser on Health, Safety, and Environment, shockingly disclosed that her mother was a sacrifice and that same fate will not befall her.
โIโm not a sacrifice. Mummy was, but Iโm not,โ she stated in the video.
The footage also shows her handing her phone to her young daughter, who appeared to be on a video call with Governor Eno.
Jane who kept prompting the child made her pose a question to the governor. However, no audible response from him was captured during the exchange, and Mrs. Ufot did not specify who she meant by โthem.โ The reference to a โbaby brotherโ also remains unclear as of the time of reporting.
In the same video, Mrs. Ufot claimed that both she and her daughter are in danger, hinting at undisclosed information that she suggested may soon be revealed.
โSo, Grandpa, do you want them to kill us?โ the child asked.
โDo you want them to die like my baby brother died?โ
โIf I die today or my daughter dies. If we die because God is exposing the truth, so be it. But my blood will not go scot-free,โ she stated.
