The senator representing Borno South Senatorial District, Ali Ndume, has voiced his opinion on the presidency’s recent appointments.
Senator Ali Ndume stated unequivocally on Airse TV that the appointments by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu are nothing short of a violation of federal character.
Stressing the need for urgent correction, Senator Ndume, a member of the ruling All Progressives Congress, expressed that his words aren’t borne of malicious intent, acrimony, or animosity but for the general good of the fatherland.
โAs a Nigerian, I have the right to voice this out, but Tinubuโs attack dogs will attack me and not the message. It is not personal,โ He said.
The recent appointments of personnel into positions have raised concerns among Nigerians, with many unanswered questions as to whether the appointments of members of the presidency’s cabinet and others take into consideration the nation’s ethnicity as well as regional and cultural differences.
